Liberty Bank of Arkansas' mortgage department offers the following types of home loans:

Fixed Rate Mortgages

Fixed Rate Mortgages offer home buyers the opportunity to lock in low interest rates. It's ideal for those who intend to stay in their homes for an extended period of time. Payments on this type of loan remain constant throughout the life of the loan.

Variable Rate Mortgages

The variable rate loan offers an initial payment that is typically lower than fixed rate mortgages. However, if interest rates increase payments could go up. This loan is ideal for those who anticipate an increase in salary, or who intend to stay in their home for a short length of time.

Government Loans

Liberty Bank offers Federal Housing Administration (FHA)  loans for most home buyers with less out of pocket expense than conventional loans. Veterans Administration (VA) Loans offer 100% financing and are available to veterans and active duty personnel of the armed forces as well as their spouses. These loans are among the easiest to qualify for and require no down-payment. Rural Development (RD) loans are another way for home buyers to qualify for 100% financing. RD loans are limited by household income and location.
