How do I enroll in Free Internet Banking?  
Liberty Bank offers online enrollment for Internet Banking.  Online enrollment will take up to 7-10 business days for an account to become active.  Click Login, then the Apply Now button.  You can also enroll by stopping by one of our convenient locations and completing an Internet Banking Application. Branch enrollment takes 1-2 business days for an account to become active. How do I enroll in Free Online Bill Pay? 
Liberty Bank of Arkansas offers Free Online Bill Pay. With the Online Bill Pay service you can use your computer and Internet access to direct payments from your checking account to third parties, such as merchants or individuals. Payments are made from checking accounts only.

To enroll, you must first complete an Internet Banking Application either online or at one of our convenient banking centers.  Within the application, simply select the option to enable Online Bill Pay. If you already have an Internet Banking Account with us, please login using your personal Access ID and Passcode; select the tab titled Payments; choose Click Here to request bill pay services; select Edit under the Make A Selection column for the account you wish to add service; select the Basic with Bill Pay button then submit your request.  Activation will be granted within 1-2 business days.  You may also enroll by sending a Secure Mail Message or by selecting the Contact Liberty Bank of Arkansas link with Internet Banking.
